How to use Yahoo! to forward emails

Or follow these steps:

1. In your email, click the gear symbol. Click on "More settings."

2. Click on your Yahoo account after selecting "Mailboxes."

3. Select the Yahoo account you want.

4. Enter your HelpDesk address (located in HelpDesk Settings -> Mailboxes) in the "Forwarding" section. Select "Verify."

5. Access the HelpDesk dashboard. Examine the Yahoo mail (caution: it may be in the SPAM folder).

6. Click on the message's link. Click "Verify" once the page loads.
